ROOTS Asia Pacific won Gold for the Best Idea in Business Events category at the MARKies 2018.
Every year, the MARKies awards the best, most creative and innovative work in Malaysia’s entire marketing services industry. Following on the success of last year’s win, ROOTS secured another gold on May 18, 2018 at the awards gala.
The winning event was an appreciation dinner cum product launch for Hino Malaysia. The B2B event used appreciation marketing to strengthen its relationship with business partners and solve a sales and marketing challenge for its new truck series. The tactical strategy beat quality submissions from other outstanding agencies.
“Hino is a long-standing client. This award adds further value to our service to them,” said Shirlyn Lee, Senior Manager of Brand Activation at ROOTS Asia Pacific.
It’s a way of saying thank you for the opportunity to showcase Hino as a brand of innovation and quality. It’s not very often that you see a commercial vehicle manufacturer winning gold in their industry.
